Information we collect

We only collect the personal information we need to provide the service:

• Your name
• Your email address and WhatsApp number
• Your shipping address, only if you order IPTV with box
• Your device's MAC address, only if you use a MAG or Formuler box
• Payment details, which are processed securely by third-party payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
• Information about your device and how you use the service, such as device type, app version and connection logs

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, activate and maintain your subscription
• Process your payments and orders, and ship your box if you ordered one
• Improve the service and your viewing experience
• Offer customer support by WhatsApp or email

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Consent

By ordering, you consent to us collecting and using your information for the purposes above. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us, but we may then be unable to provide the service.

Safeguards

We use appropriate physical, technical and organisational safeguards to protect your personal information against loss, theft and unauthorised access, use, disclosure or modification.

Third-party services

We work with trusted third parties, such as payment processors, couriers and messaging services, to run the service. They only receive the information they need to do their job and may not use it for any other purpose. Some of these providers may store information outside Canada.

Cookies

Our website uses only the cookies needed for it to work correctly. We do not use advertising cookies.

How long we keep your information

We keep your personal information for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and accounting obligations. After that it is deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or to delete it. Under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and in Quebec under Law 25, you can also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated.
